Michaela Šindlerová is a Czech-born abstract painter whose work explores personal and collective mythologies through the medium of painting. Interweaving language and symbolism, she investigates how contemporary narratives intersect with historical myths to shape identity and cultural memory. Drawing on her background as a female painter from a post-Soviet country, she subtly incorporates Slavic mythological elements to reflect on such role.
